Finished the 2019 Spree with this one! A really pretty park, easy hike along the water, with Lauren. About a mile figure 8 path. Part of E.G. Simmons Conservation Park.
#7 on the Hillsborough County Hiking Spree. A lovely rustic hike along a Nature Preserve filled with water birds. About a mile and a half, in and out, easy. Perfect weather. With Lauren!
This 4 miles or so we’re really three different trails in the Morris Bridge Park area. Two I’ve done before but 1 was completely new: The Buteo Trail. Lovely weather! 🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♀️
Did about 6 miles on the Red Loop today with Tom, Lauren, Vicky, and Tina. Beautiful weather but trails were very wet.
First hike of 2019 – also part of Hillsborough County Hiking Spree! We did both blue and red trails for about 6 miles-ish. This Ruskin area part is rural, but we found a tree loaded with free pic-your-own snacks! And then we had tacos. ❤️🚶🏻♀️❤️
With FTA leader Susan we did about 5 Miles.
With Lauren; about 3 Miles. Part of the Spree.
With Tom. Boardwalk is about a mile; Hammock Run about 2 miles. We used to come here all the time when Carter was a baby. They’ve done a lot of work on the boardwalk side of things. Part of the Spree. Lovely.
Went for about 4 Miles with Carter around our neighborhood and across Cross Creek.
Just under a mile, nicely paved and maintained, near Publix. Part of the Spree.
